Mr. Md. Abdul Lotib Somrat is a mental health professional and Psychosocial Counselor specializing in psychosocial counseling, psychological interventions, and community mental health services. He holds both a B.Sc. and an M.Sc. in Psychology from the University of Rajshahi.

He has received professional training in WHO's Mental Health Gap Action Programme (mhGAP), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Psychological First Aid (PFA), Social and Emotional Learning (SEL), suicide prevention, psychosocial support, and mental health capacity-building programmes.

As a trainer and mental health professional, he has facilitated numerous training programmes, workshops, and awareness initiatives for educational institutions, corporate organizations, NGOs, healthcare providers, and community groups.

Currently, he serves as a Psychosocial Counselor at Moner Bondhu, where he provides counseling, psychological support, training, and consultation services.
