Ms. Kazi Rumana Haque is a mental health professional with over 15 years of experience in counseling, psychosocial support, training, and mental health programme implementation. She earned her second MS in Counseling Psychology from the University of Dhaka.

She is a Master Trainer in the Mental Health Gap Action Programme (mhGAP), Mental Health First Aid (MHFA), and Social and Emotional Learning (SEL), certified by the World Health Organization (WHO). She is also a Master Trainer in Yoga and Meditation from Nepal Yoga Home, Kathmandu, a Certified Transactional Analyst – Trainee (CTA-T) from T&CC, USA, a Diploma holder in Transactional Analysis (TA) from Asha Counseling and Training Services, India, and a Certified Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) Practitioner accredited by ABNLP, USA.

Additionally, she is a Master Trainer in Workplace and Corporate Wellbeing from the University of Dhaka and has received specialized training in Gestalt Therapy, Psychodrama, Child-Focused Trauma Therapy, Mindfulness, Couple Counselling, Family Therapy, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).

Currently, she serves as the Head of the Mental Health Program and Lead Psychosocial Counselor at Moner Bondhu, where she leads national mental health initiatives, training programmes, counselor supervision, and strategic partnerships.

Her areas of expertise include clinical mental health, depression, anxiety, personality disorders, relationship and communication challenges, and child, adolescent, family, and workplace mental health and wellbeing.
