She has received specialized training in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Transactional Analysis (TA), and Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), enabling her to provide personalized, evidence-based therapeutic support.
