Moner Bondhu had the pleasure of conducting a transformative workshop at LightCastle Partners on fostering empathy, building trust and inclusive communication in the workplace.
Through reflective exercises, open conversations, and team-building activities, participants explored the power of empathy in creating stronger, more connected teams along with the mindfulness practice.
