In our cruel world, somehow we all, to some extent, knowingly or unknowingly, hope that the world will be fair to us.

BUT NO!!!

The world is not always fair to anyone.

Let us imagine: you have been planning a trip. Before that, you have made pinpointed plans to finish every one of the deadlines and are well on track.
Then, all of a sudden, your faculty comes up with more assignments. Then everything falls apart. Within a moment, it starts to feel like:

“Everything has been shattered.”
“I’m done.”
“Why does this always happen TO ME?”
“Nothing ever goes according to plan.”

And gradually, it finally reaches: “Life is not fair to me.”

But why does this happen to most of us? It's because of the ‘fair fallacy’. We all think that life will be fair to us. BUT in reality, it's the opposite. “Life is never fully fair.”

How can we overcome feeling low – ‘When everything feels shattered’?

·         Take a deep breath. Slowly inhale and exhale.

·         Focus on the positive parts: “I have most of it figured out.”

·         Say positive words to yourself: “I can do this.”

·         Look forward to the goal after all the deadlines.

But how can we prevent such feelings?
Always be ready for the fact that life is not fair to any of us. Furthermore, prepare your mind that education is never foreseeable. Be prepared for all the unpleasant surprises.

Just a little bit of change in the perspective of our minds can save us from serious mental breakdowns.

So, from now on—

Always ‘BE PREPARED!!!’. And remember:
“If you expect disappointment, you will never truly be disappointed.”
