Motherhood is a beautiful, deeply personal, and incredibly demanding journey. This Mother’s Day at Banglalink, we wanted to go beyond just saying "thank you." We took a moment to truly celebrate the amazing moms in our workplace with real conversations and meaningful, everyday support.

We are so excited to announce the launch of the Banglalink Care Circle—a safe, supportive space specifically designed for new moms. Returning to work after having a baby can be overwhelming, and this initiative is here to help navigate those challenges, offer support for postpartum depression, and make that transition just a little bit easier.

The day was filled with appreciation beyond words, including heartfelt greetings from our CEO, who handed out flowers and handwritten cards to our incredible working moms.

To top it all off, we hosted a deeply moving roundtable discussion: “Motherhood: A Support & Sharing Circle.” A huge thank you to Tawhida Shiropa, CEO of Moner Bondhu, for joining us and helping us create such an open, honest space for shared experiences and collective support.

At Banglalink, we believe that truly supporting mothers means building a workplace where empathy, understanding, and genuine care are at the heart of everything we do.
