Mental Health and Well-being Session for Women Workers in the Ready-made Garments (RMG) Sector

In celebration of International Women’s Day, Moner Bondhu, in partnership with Eastern Bank PLC (EBL), conducted a mental health and wellbeing awareness session for women ready-made garment (RMG) workers at MBM Cutting Edge Industries Ltd. in Gazipur. The session was part of EBL’s ongoing corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiatives aimed at promoting workplace wellness and inclusion.

The session focused on key themes including fostering a positive work environment, promoting inclusivity, enhancing emotional resilience, and strengthening both workplace morale and community ties. Through engaging discussions and practical tools, the initiative aimed to boost not only the wellbeing of the workers but also their confidence, sense of belonging, and overall productivity.
