Moner Bondhu is proud to partner with Panam Group and Pacific Jeans, two of the largest Ready-Made Garments (RMG) factories/fashion apparel in Bangladesh, to strengthen mental health and well-being support for thousands of employees and workers.
The initiative was formally inaugurated at Metro Knitting & Dyeing Mills Ltd. Through this collaboration, Moner Bondhu will work with Metro Knitting and Dyeing Factory, Bea-Con Knitwear Limited (Panam Group), and Pacific Jeans to deliver structured, evidence-based mental health interventions designed to improve psychological well-being, resilience, workplace engagement, and productivity.
